We're hiring an AT&T Wireless Associate to represent our client, AT&T, by helping customers learn about wireless products, internet services, and current promotions. What You'll Do as an AT&T Wireless Associate:
- Represent AT&T at designated locations.
- Assist customers by answering questions about wireless devices, internet services, and available plans.
- Complete new customer enrollments and account updates.
- Deliver friendly, professional customer interactions.
- Work alongside teammates to achieve daily and weekly goals.
- Participate in ongoing training to expand your product knowledge and communication skills.
What We're Looking For in an AT&T Wireless Associate:
- Fluent in both Spanish and English.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment.
- Reliable transportation.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurants, fitness, or sales is a plus, but not required.
