Hiring: Part-Time Sushi Chef
Location: Old Town Monrovia
Schedule: 3–4 days per week, 5–6 hours per day
Position: Part-Time, Long-Term Preferred
We are looking for a passionate, reliable, and experienced Sushi Chef to join our team at a Japanese restaurant in Old Town Monrovia.
Responsibilities
- Prepare sushi and sashimi with consistency and high quality
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Work efficiently in a team-oriented kitchen
- Assist with daily prep and kitchen tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Sushi experience preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Passion for Japanese cuisine and strong attention to detail
- Able to work weekends
- Looking for a stable, long-term position
