Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and deliver an outstanding in-store experience
- Build strong customer relationships by identifying needs and recommending the best wireless products and services
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals
- Educate customers on devices, plans, accessories, and promotions
- Process transactions accurately and responsibly
- Maintain organized, clean, and professional store appearance
- Promote additional products and services through consultative selling
- Stay informed on the latest wireless technology and offerings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- Professional appearance and dependable work ethic
- Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
