Our well-established and highly reputable (check our reviews) family dental practice is growing, and we are seeking dedicated a marketing and patient care coordinator to join our team.
This position is responsible for managing our office marketing efforts and coordinating patient care for new and ongoing patients.
Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:
Overseeing office marketing campaigns.
Evaluating and developing our marketing strategy and marketing plan.
Planning, directing, and coordinating new patient and community efforts.
Communicating the marketing plan with the dental team.
Finding opportunities to highlight our offices services.
Competitor and community research.
Identifying potential patients and ways to get their attention and loyalty.
Developing promotions and creating advertising partnerships.
Understanding and developing budgets and finance, including expenditures and return-on-investment projections.
Compiling marketing and educational products describing our offerings.
Developing and managing advertising campaigns.
Coordinating marketing projects from start to finish.
Organizing and participating in local community events such as health fairs and teacher appreciation day.
Overseeing social media marketing strategy and content marketing.
Patient Care Coordinator Responsibilities:
Scheduling appointments and keeping the schedule full
Checking patients in/out
Processing payments
Verifying and interpreting insurance in order to accurately present financial obligations for dental procedures
Submitting and following up on insurance claims
Improving operations
Maintaining equipment and supplies levels
Maintaining a safe and clean working environment; and
Contributing to the team to ensure the highest levels of patient care and smooth patient flow.

Dental experience is preferred. Pay is based on experience.
This is a full-time position Monday - Friday
Monday 7:25am-5:00pm
Tuesday 8:25am-7:00pm
Wednesday 7:25am-5:00pm
Thursday 7:25am-7:00pm
Friday 7:25am-5:00pm
One Saturday per month 7:25am-1:00pm
