Position Summary:
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you’ll diagnose issues, repair devices, and guide customers through solutions. If you enjoy working with your hands, solving problems, and interacting with people, this is a great opportunity to grow in the tech repair industry.
What You’ll Do:
- Talk with customers to understand issues and recommend solutions
- Diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, computers, and game consoles
- Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
- Explain repair options, timelines, and outcomes in a clear, professional way
- Recommend additional services or accessories when appropriate
- Keep track of parts, tools, and incoming inventory
- Stay up to date with new devices, repair techniques, and tools
- Work closely with team members in a fast-paced retail environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Previous experience in electronics repair, retail, or customer service (preferred)
- Comfortable working on a variety of devices (phones, tablets, etc.)
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving ability
- Soldering experience is a plus, but not required
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a growing business
- Availability to work weekends
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
