Schedule: Full-Time | 2/2/3 Rotating Schedule ( only days or only nights)
Day Hours: 6:45 AM – 7:00 PM
Night Hours: 6:45pm - 7:00AM

What You'll Do
- Set up, start up, operate, and shut down production equipment following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Monitor machinery to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent operation
- Inspect products throughout the manufacturing process to maintain quality standards
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and production-ready
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations
Products You'll Help Manufacture
- Automotive sound insulation materials
- Industrial filtration media, including HVAC and HEPA filters
- Engineered fabrics for absorption and filtration
- Construction and civil engineering reinforcement materials
- Commercial and industrial cleaning wipes
Qualifications
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and Standard Operating Procedures
- Strong commitment to safety and quality
- Mechanical aptitude or manufacturing experience is a plus
- Ability to work a 2/2/3 rotating schedule
- Dependable attendance and a positive work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
