Your Way Property Services is expanding into the Bluffton and Hilton Head Island market with professional Christmas light installation services for residential and commercial clients.
We are looking for a hungry, motivated, relationship-driven Sales Representative to help us build this market from the ground up.
This is not an order-taking position. This is a true sales and market development opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people, creating opportunities, building relationships, and closing business.
The right person will help us introduce our Christmas light installation services to homeowners, businesses, HOAs, resorts, property managers, restaurants, retail centers, and commercial properties throughout the Lowcountry.
New Market Launch Role
This is a new-market launch position for Your Way Property Services in the Bluffton / Hilton Head area.
That means the right candidate will play an important role in helping us establish our brand, build relationships, generate leads, and create momentum in a growing market.
We are looking for someone who is excited by the opportunity to get in early, take ownership, and help build something meaningful.

Position Overview
The Christmas Light Sales Representative / Market Development Rep will be responsible for selling professional Christmas light installation services to residential and commercial clients throughout Bluffton, Hilton Head Island, and surrounding Lowcountry areas.
You will help identify sales opportunities, meet with potential clients, gather project information, assist with proposals, follow up with leads, and close new business.
This role requires strong communication, consistent follow-up, a professional appearance, and a willingness to be active in the local community.
Responsibilities
- Sell professional Christmas light installation services to residential and commercial clients.
- Prospect for new business through networking, referrals, cold outreach, local relationships, and community involvement.
- Build relationships with homeowners, business owners, HOAs, property managers, resorts, restaurants, retail centers, and commercial property decision-makers.
- Attend networking events, local business events, and community functions to create new opportunities.
- Meet with potential clients to understand their property, goals, budget, and holiday lighting vision.
- Take photos, gather measurements, and collect clear project details.
- Help prepare and present professional proposals.
- Follow up consistently with leads, estimates, and open opportunities.
- Maintain accurate notes, lead status updates, and client communication.
- Communicate clearly with the operations team so sold projects are organized and ready for installation.
- Represent the company with professionalism, energy, honesty, and follow-through.
- Help establish Your Way Property Services as a trusted Christmas light installation provider in the Bluffton / Hilton Head market.

You do not need to be a Christmas lighting expert. We can teach you the service. What we cannot teach is drive, attitude, follow-through, and the willingness to create opportunities.

Compensation
This position includes:
- Car allowance.
- Commission on sold work.
- Performance-based earning potential.

Final compensation structure will be discussed during the interview process and may be based on experience, availability, sales background, and performance expectations.
Schedule
This is a seasonal sales position with part-time or full-time potential.
The busiest sales period will typically be late summer through fall as residential and commercial clients prepare for the holiday season.
Some evening or weekend availability may be helpful for client meetings, networking events, and community involvement.
