Corporate Coffee Systems is hiring — and we're looking for a relationship-driven, detail-oriented professional to join our Sales team.
Based in Westbury, NY, Corporate Coffee Systems is a leader in workplace breakroom solutions throughout the New York City metro and Tri-State area. We provide everything from café-style premium coffee programs to innovative micro-markets, office pantry services, water cooler systems, and essential office supplies.
Our Account Managers bring in the clients — your job is to keep them happy and help them grow. As the second half of our sales team, you'll manage day-to-day account activity, process orders, resolve issues, and look for opportunities to strengthen and expand existing relationships. No cold calling. No prospecting. Just building great relationships with clients who are already on board.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned book of existing accounts
- Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Track order status and follow up on open or pending requests
- Coordinate with operations and delivery teams to ensure accurate fulfillment
- Identify and act on upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Resolve account issues and service concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate account records and client information
- Partner closely with Account Managers and Operations to deliver a seamless client experience
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of order processing, account management, or B2B customer service experience (refreshment, food service, office supply, or distribution industry a plus)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
- Sales-aware — comfortable spotting an upsell opportunity and acting on it
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Organized, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Schedule Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
