Pay Rate: $ 2,400 to $ 2,600 /Week (Approx. based on $65/hr)
Contract: 15 Weeks
Schedule: Day Shift | Monday Friday
Experience: Minimum 1+ Year Preferred
About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) for a 15-week travel assignment. In this role, you will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapy to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore functional independence.
Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and create individualized physical therapy treatment plans.
Provide therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation interventions.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
Educate patients and caregivers on recovery, mobility, and injury prevention.
Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Requirements
Active Physical Therapist (PT) License.
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Current BLS Certification.
Experience in rehabilitation or skilled nursing settings preferred.
Strong communication, documentation, and patient care skills.
