Contract Specialist

Support Strategic Contracting and Strengthen Supplier Partnerships
Cooperative Services of Florida (CSF) is seeking a Contract Specialist to support supplier contract management across the full contract lifecycle. This role partners closely with Sourcing Directors and internal stakeholders to ensure contracts are accurate, compliant, and effectively maintained—supporting pricing integrity and reliable service for our healthcare members.

What You’ll Do
Contract Management & Administration

Assist with the preparation, review, execution, and tracking of supplier contracts, amendments, renewals, and termination notices

Maintain accurate and complete contract documentation within the Contract Management System (CMS) and shared repositories

Track contract milestones, expirations, and renewals in collaboration with Sourcing Directors

Ensure contract terms, conditions, and pricing align with negotiated agreements

Maintain detailed records of contract changes to support data integrity and audit readiness
Vendor & Pricing Support

Serve as a liaison between suppliers and internal teams regarding contract terms, pricing updates, and compliance requirements

Support vendor acquisitions and consolidations, ensuring accurate contract integration

Assist in resolving pricing discrepancies in coordination with sourcing, finance, and procurement teams

Conduct and document annual vendor credentialing (OIG) reviews
Compliance & Quality Assurance

Monitor contract compliance and identify risks or discrepancies for escalation and resolution

Ensure adherence to CSF contract standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements

Provide timely, accurate contract status updates to internal stakeholders
Collaboration, Communication & Productivity

Communicate professionally with vendors, members, leadership, and internal teams

Participate in meetings, training sessions, and cross-functional initiatives

Respond to contract-related inquiries within established service-level expectations

Support sourcing and contracting teams by gathering, organizing, and reporting contract data
Continuous Improvement

Identify opportunities to improve contract processes and administrative efficiencies

Participate in continuous improvement and cross-training initiatives

Demonstrate adaptability as business needs and priorities evolve
What You Bring
Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED
-
Ability to read, write, and speak English for work-related communication
-
Ability to work in a hybrid environment and meet scheduled in-office requirements
Preferred Qualifications

Associate’s Degree
-
Two (2)+ years of experience in healthcare purchasing, contracting, or a related field

Experience working with contract management systems

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
