We’re Hiring: Roofing Sales Representative
We’re looking for an experienced, motivated Roofing Sales Representative to join our supportive and hardworking team. This is a great opportunity for a dependable sales professional who enjoys working with homeowners, assessing roofing needs and helping customers navigate the reroofing process.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct free roof inspections and prepare customer estimates
- Generate and manage residential reroofing sales opportunities
- Explain roofing options, pricing and project timelines
- Build strong customer relationships and provide consistent follow-up
- Assist with insurance-related reroof claims when needed
- Coordinate with our office, production and project teams
- Maintain accurate customer, inspection and sales records
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in reroof sales and/or insurance-related reroof claims
- Self-motivated, hardworking and dependable
- Strong communication, sales and people skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience processing insurance claims is a plus
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply

Work Location: This is primarily an in-office position, with time in the field for scheduled customer assessments, roof inspections and estimates.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
