Are you ready to lead teams that keep operations running smoothly and efficiently? As one of three Operations Supervisors, you’ll play a critical role in overseeing daily production activities across cold food production, transportation, ramp, sanitation, and assembly departments (approx. 80 team members). This is your opportunity to make a real impact on quality, safety, and performance in a fast-paced environment. We need someone with strong communication skills who can lead and engage production teams to achieve operational goals.
Schedule: flexibility is a must! This role follows a rotating shift schedule with 2–3 other supervisors covering day, swing, and night shifts. Weekend work is required; however, the schedule will include two consecutive days off during the week-
