Our agency was founded on two principles: patients deserve compassionate, consistent care in their homes — and the nurses who provide that care deserve to be respected, supported, and fairly compensated.We are growing our clinical team and looking for RNs and LPNs who want to practice nursing the way it was meant to be practiced — one patient at a time, in their home, with the time and support to do it right.
The Role:
You will provide skilled nursing visits to patients in the St. Louis area. Your day is self-scheduled within your assigned territory. You will build relationships with your patients, coordinate with the care team, and have the clinical autonomy to make decisions — with leadership available whenever you need guidance.Responsibilities include skilled assessments, wound care, medication management, patient and family education, injections, and care coordination with PT, OT, ST, MSW, and physicians. Documentation is completed in our EMR system.

Requirements:
- Active RN or LPN license in Missouri
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (home health experience preferred, not required)Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong documentation and communication skills
Good Faith Compensation EstimateThe stated range of $35.00 - $45.00 per hour is a good faith estimate of base hourly compensation. Actual rate is based on licensure, experience, and qualifications. Additional compensation including sign-on bonus, productivity incentives, and mileage reimbursement is available and discussed during the interview.
