Job Details:
MUST BE BILINGUAL// ENGLISH AND SPANISH
- Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday – Friday, with occasional Saturdays)
- Pay: Per job of $250-$300
- Perks:
- Health Insurance (available after demonstrating consistent success and transitioning to a salary-based position)
Work Schedule:
- Arrival at the job site is typically required before the crew arrives, usually around 6:30 AM.
- Departure from the job site usually occurs after the crew has finished work, around 7 PM.
Responsibilities:
Quality Control:
- Ensure that the job site remains clean and that construction crews adhere to correct construction methods and safety protocols while safeguarding the client's property.
Experience:
- Prior experience as an outside project manager for residential shingle roofing is preferred but not required
Repair Expertise:
- Proficiency in independently diagnosing and repairing roofing issues without the need for a crew. Immediate, on-the-spot problem-solving is a key aspect of this role.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Serve as the go-to point of contact for callbacks or repairs outside of regular working hours.
- Compensation is provided for work conducted outside of standard business hours.
- Be available to address and correct issues at any time, whether it's 10 PM on a weeknight or 8 AM on a Sunday morning.
Pay: $250.00 - $300.00 per day

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)

- Nashville, TN 37204: Relocate before starting work (Required)
