Energy and Natural Resources:
Indiana’s Energy and Natural Resources vertical is one of eight verticals within the executive branch framework. This vertical is designed to streamline state agencies and coordinate power grids, natural conservation, and environmental regulations.
This vertical is comprised of the following state agencies:
- Department of Natural Resources (DNR)
- White River State Park (WRSP)
- Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM)
- Office of Energy Development (OED)
- Office of Utility Consumer Counselor (OUCC)
- Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC)
- Board of Animal Health (BOAH)
- Indiana State Museum & Historical Sites (ISMHS)
- Indiana State Fair Commission (ISFC)
Role Overview:
The Executive Assistant is responsible for overseeing administrative operations and ensuring efficient administrative workflow for Indiana’s Energy and Natural Resources vertical. This role involves coordinating high-level administrative tasks, calendar management, and serving as a key liaison between the Secretary, the Governor’s office, agency leaders, internal and external stakeholders.
Salary Statement:
The salary for this position traditionally starts at $55,000.00 but may be commensurate with education or work experience
