- Manage day-to-day field operations on ground-up commercial construction projects throughout the Southeast.
- Lead all onsite activities including safety, scheduling, quality control, subcontractor coordination, and client communication.
- Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion of work.
- Conduct daily site inspections and enforce company safety standards and OSHA compliance.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and municipal authorities.
- Review plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
- Identify and resolve construction challenges to maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates to project management teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered to the highest quality standards and achieve successful client turnover.
