- Shift: 10-Hour Nights (9:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

- Weekly Hours: 40 Hours Guaranteed

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of Medical Technologist experience within the specialty
- Current certification through one of the following:
- ASCP
- AMT
- AAB
- Experience with Cerner electronic health record/laboratory information systems
- Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, quality control, and regulatory standards
- Ability to accurately analyze and interpret laboratory results
- Excellent communication and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced laboratory environment
Responsibilities
- Perform complex laboratory testing on patient specimens according to established protocols.
- Analyze, verify, and report test results accurately and efficiently.
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Conduct quality control procedures and ensure compliance with laboratory standards.
- Identify and resolve testing discrepancies or equipment issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation and laboratory records.
- Adhere to infection prevention, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support patient care.
- Assist with specimen processing, handling, and storage procedures.
- Participate in laboratory quality improvement initiatives and competency programs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment.
Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,000.00 per week
Experience:
- Medical Technologist: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- ASCP, AMT and AAB (Required)
- BLS Certification (Required)
