Azra Execs, an innovative sales and development firm in Campbell, is seeking an Entry Level Brand Representative who believes in bridging the digital divide. The Entry Level Brand Representative connects with our customers in person, helping them discover affordable mobile solutions that keep them connected to opportunities, family, and essential services.
As an Entry Level Brand Representative, you'll engage with customers who have accepted unreliable wireless service as just the way things are. The Entry Level Brand Representative meets with customers to explain how our wireless solutions deliver dependable connectivity that fits their budget while creating meaningful sales opportunities through genuine, personalized conversations.
Responsibilities of the Entry Level Brand Representative
- Represent affordable wireless solutions by engaging customers through informative, relationship-focused sales conversations.
- Learn about each customer's mobile usage, budget, and connectivity needs to deliver personalized sales recommendations.
- Present smartphone options and wireless plans that help customers stay connected for work, school, healthcare, and everyday communication.
- Assist customers with enrollment, device selection, and account activation while maintaining a smooth sales process.
- Recommend mobile solutions that align with customers' lifestyles while supporting overall sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to daily outreach and sales goals by creating positive customer experiences that encourage referrals and long-term engagement.
- Work alongside fellow Entry Level Brand Representatives to support team sales objectives and provide an outstanding experience for customers.
Qualifications of the Entry Level Brand Representative
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience in sales, telecommunications, or customer service is a plus, but not required.
- Passionate about connecting customers with affordable mobile solutions.
- Eager to learn and grow as an Entry Level Brand Representative while developing communication and sales skills.
- Team player who works well with others to achieve collective sales and service goals as an Entry Level Brand Representative.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
