Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Concrete Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee complex infrastructure projects within the concrete construction sector. In this role, you will drive project success from inception to completion by managing teams, coordinating schedules, and ensuring all work aligns with safety standards, budget parameters, and client specifications. Your expertise will be vital in delivering high-quality results efficiently, fostering strong client relationships, and maintaining compliance with construction regulations. We are looking for a dedicated Project Manager to lead field and project teams while establishing collaborative relationships with clients, subcontractors, and construction managers. You will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, from initial buy-out through project closeout.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project financials, billings, and cost procedures.
- Review all project documents, including submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings.
- Collaborate with the Pre-Con department to execute subcontracts and purchase orders.
- Assist the Superintendent with site logistics and emergency action plans.
- Conduct regular team and owner briefings regarding scheduling and job costs.
- Utilize project management and scheduling software to ensure project integrity.
- Salary is dependent on experience.
Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
