Licensed Nursing Home Administrator

Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the nursing home, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Achieve daily census expectations
Foster a positive and respectful work environment, promoting excellence in care and communication among staff, residents, and family members
Develop and implement effective strategies to improve resident outcomes, satisfaction, and safety
Manage budgets, staff, and resources to ensure efficient and effective operations
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and high-quality care
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including healthcare providers and community organizations
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and accreditation processes
Mentor and support staff in achieving their professional goals and providing exceptional care
Requirements:
Current licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator in the state of Ohio
At least 3 years of experience in long-term care, gerontological nursing, or a related field
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail
Familiarity with regulatory requirements, including those of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and the Ohio Department of Health (ODH)
