We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales and Service Technician to join our dynamic team. Duties

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment as required.
- Document service calls, customer interactions, and sales activities accurately.

- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

- Proven experience in sales, with a strong ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in all interactions.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions promptly.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving goals.
- Familiarity with CRM software or sales tracking tools is a plus.
