Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients using warm calling techniques to generate new business opportunities
- Engage customers through consultative selling, understanding their needs and recommending tailored solutions
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, manage leads, and update customer information accurately
- Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to close deals efficiently while maintaining positive customer relationships
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to identify target markets and develop effective outreach strategies
- Maintain excellent phone communication skills, providing clear information and addressing customer questions professionally
- Adopt sales technology tools to streamline processes, improve outreach effectiveness, and enhance overall sales performance
Experience
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or business development within a technology or B2B sales environment
- Familiarity with CRM software platforms like Salesforce or similar tools for managing customer data and sales pipelines
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closing in outbound calling scenarios
- Knowledge of sales techniques such as consultative selling and technical sales approaches
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Experience working with sales technology adoption tools and CRM systems to optimize outreach efforts
- Prior experience in customer service or technical sales roles is highly desirable for success in this position
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
