Position Summary:
Support Scheduling Manager in the planning and coordination of Casegoods production schedules. The position requires communication with a variety of departments to assist in the completion of an order to include: Marketing, Engineering, Manufacturing, Custom Quotes, Casegoods Outsource, Order Entry, Shipping, and Accounting. Candidate will be responsible but not limited to the following:
Position Responsibilities:

Leading daily Casegoods Production Meeting

Scheduling and monitoring of Vanguard and Outsource team production schedules

Monitor style validity and complete inventory reprocesses
-
Various reporting related to Casegoods Bucket Report, Market Orders and Sales Aids

Liaison between Marketing/Merchandising and Manufacturing for Casegoods Market Process

Monitor Casegoods scheduling emails and complete Casegoods Order changes

Performs other duties as required by supervisor
Essential Skills and Experience:

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Customer oriented service skills including needs assessment, evaluation, and resolution.

Must be proficient with Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel and pivot tables.

Experience in AS400 preferred.

High School Diploma/GED required.
Valued but not Required Skills and Experience:

2-Year associate’s degree preferred.

Knowledgeable in furniture manufacturing.
