Duties
- Provide comprehensive periodontal assessments and preventive hygiene care.
- Educate patients on the connection between oral health and overall wellness.
- Develop individualized home care recommendations.
- Perform digital radiographs and periodontal charting.
- Collaborate closely with the dentist to create personalized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with infection control protocols.
- Create a positive, comfortable experience for every patient.
Skills
- Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in good standing.
- Excellent communication and patient education skills.
- Gentle, compassionate chairside manner.
- Passion for preventive and holistic dentistry.
- Experience with biologic or holistic dentistry is a plus but not required—we're happy to train the right candidate.
- Team-oriented, dependable, and eager to continue learning.
