What You'll Do
- Prepare and cook menu items daily following our recipes and quality standards
- Handle all prep work: chopping, slicing, portioning, marinating, and mise en place
- Set up, stock, and break down your station at the start and end of each shift
- Operate kitchen equipment safely (ovens, grills, slicers, immersion blenders)
- Follow FIFO, proper labeling, and food temperature protocols at all times
- Keep your work area and equipment clean and organized throughout the shift
- Work closely with kitchen teammates to keep service running smoothly
- Accommodate dietary needs including vegan, gluten-free, and allergen requests
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of kitchen or food service experience preferred — will train the right person
- Solid knife skills and safe handling of kitchen equipment
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation (ServSafe a plus)
- Ability to stay organized and focused during busy service periods
- Dependable, punctual, and a genuine team player
- A passion for natural and health-conscious food is a big plus

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
