We’re looking for a Production Manager to own our roofing projects from post-sale through final payment and review. This role is the backbone of our operation — you are the face of the company once the contract is signed.
This position is ideal for someone who loves working with homeowners and with prior roofing experience who understands roofing systems, job site flow, and common issues that arise during installation.
If you are customer-obsessed, detail-oriented, and take personal pride in delivering high-quality work while keeping homeowners informed and happy, this role is for you.
This is not a desk job. You will be in the field, managing crews, solving problems in real time, and making sure every job is completed correctly, on schedule, and to our standards.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Manage all roofing projects from start to finish
- Visit active job sites regularly to:
- Ensure quality workmanship and code compliance
- Enforce safety and cleanliness standards
- Support and manage roofing crews and subcontractors
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers after the sale
- Proactively communicate with customers throughout the project:
- Start dates & timelines
- Daily or milestone updates when needed
- Change orders or unexpected issues
- Identify and resolve issues related to materials, installation, or scheduling
- Coordinate materials, deliveries, and job scheduling
- Perform final walkthroughs with homeowners
- Collect final payment
- Ask for and secure online reviews and referrals
- Ensure each customer finishes the project feeling confident, informed, and taken care of
What We’re Looking For
- Roofing experience strongly preferred
- Experience in construction project management or field supervision
- Strong customer service mindset — you care deeply about the homeowner experience
- Ability to manage crews and hold people accountable respectfully
- Organized, dependable, and proactive
- Strong communication skills (in person, phone, and text)
- Comfortable handling issues, change orders, and difficult conversations
- Ability to work independently and make good decisions in the field
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
