Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Account Manager to oversee multiple service locations and ensure operational excellence. This full-time leadership position combines field supervision, staff management, and administrative responsibilities to maintain high standards and build positive client relationships.

- Salary Range: $55,000 – $60,000 annually (depending on experience)
- Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends or on-call support as needed

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine site visits and quality inspections to ensure service standards are met
- Maintain strong client communication through meetings, walkthroughs, and new account onboarding
- Hire, train, schedule, and supervise janitorial team members
- Ensure appropriate staffing coverage at all assigned properties
- Manage account budgets, monitor expenses, and coordinate with vendors or contractors
- Enforce safety procedures and complete incident documentation when necessary
- Assist with new account setups, transitions, and daily operational challenges
- Evaluate employee performance, provide coaching, and address disciplinary matters when needed
- Review and approve payroll, invoices, and other required documentation
- Maintain organized records and submit performance reports to leadership
- Track performance metrics and prepare summaries for assigned accounts
Minimum Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the United States
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to pass background screening and drug testing
- Dependable, flexible, and able to collaborate effectively with others
Preferred Experience & Skills
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role
- Background in janitorial services, facilities management, or building maintenance
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Customer-focused approach with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or comparable software
- Familiarity with basic building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, or electrical (helpful but not required)
