Job Purpose:
Restores patient's function alleviates pain and prevents disabilities by planning and administering medically prescribed physical therapy.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Ability to project a professional image.

Minimum Requirements:
- Associates degree in physical therapy as evidenced by a college diploma.
- Current, unencumbered, and active license to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Ohio.
- Open to active/pending state board licensures and those sitting for their board exam in the next six months.
