We offer individual therapy, enrichment groups, and hybrid programming in a collaborative, team-based environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct evaluations and provide treatment

Deliver individualized therapy sessions

Participate in or lead small group sessions (optional but encouraged)

Compensation Model
This role operates on a supported contractor revenue-share structure (40%).

Typical individual sessions fall within $40–$60/hour

Additional earning opportunities available through group and hybrid services

Evaluations are compensated at higher rates based on complexity
All referrals, scheduling, billing, materials, and space are provided—allowing you to focus on treatment and documentation only.
Clinicians who incorporate group sessions into their schedule have the opportunity to increase their effective hourly earnings.

Qualifications

Active VA Occupational Therapy license

Pediatric experience preferred
