Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in HVAC/R systems, including air conditioning and boiler operations. This role requires a hands-on approach to build, design, and maintain HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. The HVAC Technician will be responsible for providing field service support and performing equipment repairs in various settings.
Duties
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), and refrigeration systems.
- Conduct routine inspections of HVAC systems to ensure proper functionality.
- Troubleshoot issues with HVAC equipment and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
- Design and build custom HVAC solutions tailored to client needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service while working on-site at residential or commercial properties.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed.
- Collaborate with property maintenance teams to ensure efficient operation of HVAC systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in HVAC/R.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in the field.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment repair.
- Familiarity with air conditioning systems, boilers, and other HVAC components.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.
- Relevant certifications in HVAC/R are a plus but not mandatory.
