Job Description -APG - Stock Loader - MT :
Primary Function:
· Using a variety of material handling equipment, stages product by trip number and store number as it is received from the packing and pulling areas of the stockroom.
· Uses an electronic scanner to record each piece of product and loads onto trucks by store location following and adhering to all safety rules including the handling of hazardous materials.
· Must be able to be certified as a forklift operator.
Secondary Functions:
· Prepare palletized loads for shipment by shrink wrapping product using specified material.
· Maintain work area in an organized and clean manner.
Experience, Education, and Abilities:
· Requires completion of a high school diploma, general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of experience and education.
· Must be functionally literate (able to read numbers, read/write at a 4th grade level).
· Must be able to pass a background check.
· Must be able to work in a drug free atmosphere.
· Ability to lift / carry freight by hand weighing up to 50 pounds several times a week.
· Able to push/pull up to 300 lbs. using mechanical aids, such as hand trucks, barrel dollies, hydraulic lifts, etc.
· Ability to bend, twist, squat, climb, push and pull and move at a quick speed of pace.
· Ability to work with computer scanning equipment.
· Ability to follow instructions and complete required training.
· Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment.
· Must have basic written and verbal communication skills (documentation, communication with peers, supervisors and customers).

Pay Rate: $22.00
Steel Toed Boots or shoes - Required
Shift: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Monday – Friday
Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
