Concept Rehab is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to become part of our therapy team in the Ingham, MI area.

As an Occupational Therapist, you will:

Evaluate patients and identify functional goals

Develop individualized plans of care

Provide skilled occupational therapy interventions

Help patients improve independence with everyday activities
-
Track progress and modify treatment based on patient response
-
Communicate with the interdisciplinary care team
-
Participate in care planning and discharge recommendations
-
Complete required clinical documentation
-
Provide guidance and supervision to OTAs as applicable
-
Build positive relationships with patients, families and caregivers
-
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
-
Current Michigan Occupational Therapist license
-
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
-
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Organized, dependable and patient-focused approach
-
Previous rehab or skilled nursing experience is a plus
