We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations, ensuring production goals are met safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards. This role drives performance across the manufacturing staff while collaborating with Engineering and Quality to increase throughput and reduce costs.
Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, and coordinates daily manufacturing and production operations.
- Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery timelines.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company safety policies.
- Ensure effective communication across shifts to maintain alignment and operational continuity.
- Ensure build and post-processing travelers are fully executed, documented, and closed out accurately.
- Coordinate packaging, shipping, and delivery of completed projects.
- Oversee equipment maintenance scheduling to minimize downtime.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including output, downtime, production schedule attainment, and on-time delivery.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business, or related field from an accredited institution (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in a highly regulated manufacturing operations role, including 3+ years in a supervisory/management capacity.
- Experience with ISO9001 quality system and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and specifications.
- Experience with production planning, capacity management, and resource allocation.
- Strong analytical and problem- solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Solid understanding of OSHA regulations and workplace safety practices.
- Highly organized, self-motivated individual who can effectively lead a collaborative team.
Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
