The Opportunity:
The 3rd Shift Production Line Lead is responsible for overseeing a production line within the Flint Michigan Warehouse and ensuring maximum productivity and quality.
Hours: 10:30pm - 7:00am
Pay Rate: $20.50/hr
How you will impact Packaging Solutions, Smurfit Westrock:

Partner with Team Leads to ensure staff members are assigned tasks as outlined in the work order and assist with training.

Work side by side with crew to prepare product for customers that include:

Pack product of varying type
-
Unpack/Repackage product of varying type
-
Build product bundles of supplies
-
Build mailing packets
-
Box printing
-
Box labeling
-
Receive new and returned product
-
Log and track production documentation
-
Ensure safety and quality standards at all times.

Other duties as assigned.
What you need to succeed:
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
One or more year(s) experience leading a crew in a production environment: corrugated manufacturing plant environment preferred

General fluency in English required, verbal and written
-
Basic computer literacy.
