Job Summary
The temporary employment position is responsible for general labor activities performed by Ralph Moyle, Inc. The position’s main purpose is to ensure quality and customer standards in our Co-Manufacturing projects. This position generally works 1st (7:00am-3:00pm) shift Monday-Friday with additional hours as necessary. These seasonal positions typically run from June to roughly Thanksgiving. Pay is $15/hr.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Practice's safety methods in the operation of equipment and performance of duties
- Unloading and loading of all inbound and outbound shipments
- Inspecting for defects, infestation, cleanliness of trailers on inbounds.
- Normal day to day functions of warehouse associates including picking, scanning, throwing, staging, loading, or unloading product during busy times when needed and or instructed by management.
- Reporting all discrepancies of product, location, quantity, and conditions to management.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
Minimum Qualifications
- Operate light machinery, hand tools, and job specific equipment and tools after provided training and safety precautions are taught
- Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with others
- Comprehend and following oral and written instructions
