Job Description – Bartender
We are looking for an experienced, professional bartender to join our team. You must know how to make classic cocktails, create signature drinks, and keep up with current drink trends. We want someone who can move fast, stay organized, and give great service.
Requirements:
- Prior bartending experience (required)
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar techniques
- Able to create specialty drinks and seasonal cocktails
- Knows how to make matcha-based drinks and trending beverages
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Reliable, on time, and able to follow direction
- Works well under pressure and in a busy environment
Responsibilities:
- Make cocktails, specialty drinks, mocktails, and matcha drinks
- Suggest drinks and upsell naturally
- Keep the bar clean, stocked, and organized
- Serve guests quickly and accurately
- Follow recipes, portion control, and safety guidelines
- Work with the team to keep service smooth
