Candlewood Suites in Farmers Branch, TX is in search for Part Time/Full Time Front Desk Agents. We are located off Highway 635 W and Luna road. We are a limited service Extended Stay hotel.
As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll not only be the person they rely on to handle transactions, offer local insights and anticipate every detail of a friction-free experience. You’ll also create the warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home in any location.
Job Description:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all hotel guests, making their stay as comfortable and accommodating as possible while achieving team and Brand goals.
- Handle check-ins and check-outs in a friendly, efficient and courteous manner.
- Establish and maintain good communications and teamwork with fellow employees and other departments within the hotel.
- Accurately process all cash and credit card transactions in accordance with established procedures including but not limited to posting all charges, completing cashier and other reports, preparing deposit, and counting/ securing assigned bank.
Requirements:
- Great Communication skills - guests will need to come to you with concerns as well as compliments, so you’ll be easy to talk
- Flexibility - night, weekend and holiday shifts are all part of the job
- Your problem-solving skills will turn issues into opportunities so every guest leaves with great memories
- Experience - ideally, you’ll have spent at least one year in a front desk or guest service position. Preferably with Opera PMS.
- Must work well in stressful, high-pressure situations.
