We need a line cook that is dependable and reliable. One that wants to work hard and rock and roll 4 evenings a week (Wednesday through Saturday from 3 to close). Additional hours are available for the right candidate. Work hard and then enjoy three days off in a row, which is hard to come by in the service industry. Work with a team of hard workers that enjoy having fun and sending out beautiful food.
Duties
- Prepare, cook, and plate a variety of menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Assist with ingredient preparation to ensure efficient kitchen operations
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by following proper handling procedures
- Support food presentation and garnishing to ensure visually appealing dishes
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours
- Handle food with care, using proper knife skills and cooking techniques to optimize quality
- Contribute to catering events and special functions as needed, ensuring consistent quality and service.
- Clean Fryers twice a week.
- Must be available Wednesday through Saturday.
- Must be punctual, dependable, and have a great attitude.
- Must be able to handle the pressure of a fast paced, busy, kitchen.

Qualifications
- Previous experience is required.
- Proven background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within a restaurant or food service setting
- Strong knowledge of kitchen safety protocols and food safety regulations
- Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and catering services a plus.
- Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various cooking methods
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. We do not compromise on standards. Our standards make us stand out so the right candidate will care about this tremendously.
- Must have the ability to multi-task while handling a griddle that becomes very busy while NEVER compromising the quality standards.
