Promotional/Marketing Producer

Vegas PBS is seeking a creative and collaborative Promotional/Marketing Producer to help bring our mission to life through compelling storytelling and innovative marketing campaigns. In this role, you'll develop, write, produce, and edit promotional content that supports our programming, membership initiatives, community engagement efforts, and special events across broadcast, digital, social media, streaming, and print platforms.
Working closely with our Marketing and Production teams, you'll lead projects from concept through final delivery, creating engaging campaigns that strengthen the Vegas PBS brand and connect with audiences throughout Southern Nevada. The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller with experience in video production, editing, branding, and creative campaign development who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in marketing, communications, media production, or a related field and four (4) years of professional experience in broadcast production, creative services, or promotional content creation;
- OR
- Eight (8) years of combined education and directly related professional experience.Preferred Qualifications
- Experience producing on-air promotions, pledge campaigns, or branded content for broadcast and digital platforms.
- Familiarity with PBS branding and creative guidelines.
- Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar editing software.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, copywriting, marketing strategy, and campaign analytics.
- Experience using social media advertising platforms and performance reporting tools.
What You'll Do
- Produce promotional campaigns for television, digital, streaming, social media, and print.
- Develop compelling scripts, messaging, and creative concepts that align with the Vegas PBS brand.
- Direct voice-over sessions, field productions, and collaborate with designers and production staff.
- Adapt content for multiple platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
- Support station events, donor recognition, educational initiatives, and community outreach through multimedia storytelling.
- Help evaluate campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve audience engagement.
