Youth Specialist/Case Manager
Agape for Youth, Inc. is looking for a motivated, mission centered individual for our foster care department in the Dayton area. Duties would include case management for 6 to 9 homes and/or 16 to 19 youth, making referrals for services, advocating for youth and families, supporting foster parents, writing monthly reports, developing service plans, being included in on call rotation and more.
Qualified individuals must possess:
- Bachelor of Social Work or an equivalent degree
- LSW or LSW eligible (preferred, not required)
- Possess strong writing and assessment skills
- Strong people/relational skills
- Good time management skills
- Proficient Computer Skills
- Flexible schedule with a few evenings
- Positive attitude/ability to work with a team
