About the Opportunity: We are hiring experienced Electrical Foremen to support several large-scale construction projects throughout Virginia. These positions are open due to company growth and a strong pipeline of upcoming projects.
The Electrical Foreman will lead the day-to-day electrical scope of work, manage field crews, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead crews of five or more electricians and field employees.
- Manage daily manpower, materials, schedules, and electrical field activities.
- Coordinate with the Project Superintendent, project leadership, and other trades.
- Ensure work complies with the National Electrical Code, local codes, project specifications, and safety requirements.
- Monitor project progress and help keep work on schedule.
- Maintain high standards for safety, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Train, mentor, and motivate field employees.
- Use company-provided technology to document progress and communicate project updates.
- Identify field issues and work with project leadership to develop solutions.
Qualifications
- Active Journeyman Electrician or Master Electrician license.
- At least five years of electrical construction and field leadership experience.
- Experience managing electrical scopes on large-scale, multimillion-dollar projects.
- Multifamily residential and/or commercial construction experience.
- Healthcare or data center project experience is highly preferred.
- Previous experience managing crews of five or more employees.
- Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code and construction safety requirements.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred; training may be provided after starting.
- Basic computer and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and reference check.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
