Wellness Center of Cleveland is looking for an experienced, passionate, and patient-focused Medical Aesthetician to join our premier medical spa team.

Position: Medical Aesthetician
Location: Wellness Center of Cleveland
Responsibilities:
- Perform customized facial treatments and skincare consultations
- Conduct HydroFacial, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and other advanced aesthetic services
- Educate patients on skincare products and treatment plans
- Assist with pre- and post-treatment patient care
- Maintain treatment rooms and follow all safety and sanitation protocols
- Document treatments accurately in patient records
- Promote treatment packages, memberships, and skincare products
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming patient experience
- Greet and check in/out patients in a professional manner
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments
- Manage appointment calendar and coordinate provider schedules
- Handle patient intake forms and update electronic records
- Process payments, deposits, and basic billing tasks
- Support daily front desk operations and patient flow
Qualifications:
- Active Ohio Esthetician License
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetic practice
- Experience with HydroFacial, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and advanced skincare treatments preferred
- Strong sales and consultation skills
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated, reliable, and team-oriented
- Ability to build long-term patient relationships
- Organized, dependable, and team-oriented
- Ability to multitask between clinical and front desk responsibilities
- Passion for aesthetics, wellness, and patient care
Preferred Experience:
- Previous patient coordinator experience
- Medical-grade skincare product sales
