Job Title: Wiring Assembler
Shift: 2nd Shift
Starting Pay: $20 to $22
Job Overview:
We are looking for a Wiring Assembler with a background in mechanical or electrical assembly to join our team. The role involves assembling fabricated and electrical components, sub-assemblies, and enclosures. Candidates must be comfortable working with intricate parts, using hand tools, and interpreting work orders and diagrams. This is a 2nd shift position with opportunities to grow within the company.
Job Duties:
- Assemble fabricated and electrical components, sub-assemblies, and miscellaneous enclosures.
- Interpret instructions such as work orders, diagrams, wire lists, and verbal directions to determine materials and assembly sequences.
- Fabricate and install flexibar as required.
- Install larger power wires, including retrieving, crimp lugging, and heat sleeve shrinking.
- Inspect parts, materials, and assemblies to ensure compliance with company quality standards.
- Communicate and document with supervision as needed.
- Become familiar with interpreting 3-D solid model viewers.
Job Requirements:
- Previous assembly experience in a manufacturing environment or mechanical experience.
- Electrical assembly experience is preferred.
- Ability to use hand tools and wire crimpers.
- Able to handle intricate parts and demonstrate good dexterity.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
