About the Role
Liff Up Consulting LLC contracts with remote customer service representatives to support inbound customer service, sales, and technical support for our programs. This is a work from home contract role with self scheduled hours.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer service, sales, or technical support calls
- Assist customers professionally and resolve their questions
- Meet quality and performance standards
- Schedule your working hours within available intervals
Requirements
- 18 years or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong verbal communication and computer navigation skills
- A quiet, distraction free home workspace
- A personal computer (not a tablet or Chromebook) and reliable high speed internet
- A USB headset
- Ability to pass a standard background check
- Reside in an eligible U.S. state
Additional Information
This is a 1099 independent contractor contract position. Contractors self schedule their hours and are responsible for their own taxes. We'll review full details during a short intro call after you apply.
