Responsibilities
- Open the store promptly at scheduled times, ensuring all areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked for service
- Prepare food items according to company standards, including coffee, baked goods, and breakfast offerings
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS accurately for cash handling and order processing
- Conduct inventory checks and assist with stock replenishment to maintain optimal product availability
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met during food preparation and handling
- Train new team members on store procedures, food safety protocols, and customer service expectations
- Manage shift responsibilities including supervising staff, overseeing food production, and maintaining cleanliness
Qualifications
- Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants preferred; casual dining or hospitality management experience is a plus
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling experience required
- Strong understanding of food preparation, safety standards, and kitchen operations
- Proven ability to lead and supervise team members effectively
- Excellent communication skills with managerial and customer service focus
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash transactions and inventory management
- Experience with food safety management, inventory control, and shift management is highly desirable
- Prior roles in restaurant management, catering, or hotel environments will be considered an asset
