The Opportunity
We’re looking for reliable, hardworking individuals with experience removing and reinstalling solar systems during residential roof replacements. If you’re motivated, dependable, and want to build a long-term career with a company that’s growing rapidly, we’d love to hear from you.
While experience is preferred, we’re also willing to invest in the right individuals. If you’re eager to learn, take initiative, work hard, and show up ready to succeed every day, we’ll help you develop your skills and grow alongside our team.
Our projects are located throughout Connecticut, so you’ll work on residential homes in towns across the state rather than reporting to one permanent job site.
What We’re Looking For
✔ Experience with solar panel removal and reinstallation (roofing experience is a plus)
✔ Comfortable working on residential roofs with varying pitches
✔ Physically able to safely carry solar panels and equipment up ladders
✔ Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
✔ Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, including summer heat and colder winter temperatures
✔ OSHA 10/30 certification is a plus, but not required
✔ At least one professional reference from a previous solar or roofing employer
