Sweeper Truck Driver – Full Time
Newark, DE or Lincoln, DE (Based on Home Location)
Connor Sweeping Inc. (CSI) is actively hiring full-time Sweeper Truck Drivers to join our growing team. We are a trusted, family-owned business proudly serving the Mid-Atlantic since 2005. We specialize in street sweeping for residential communities, municipalities, commercial developments, and heavy road construction projects.
What We’re Looking For:
- Ideally, 2+ years of experience operating sweeper trucks or similar equipment
- No experience? No problem – we’re willing to train dependable, motivated individuals who are eager to learn
- Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and take pride in keeping job sites clean and safe
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays as needed
- Trucks are based in Newark or Lincoln, DE, assigned based on your home location
- Drivers are expected to wash down the truck at the end of each shift
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Operating modern commercial street sweepers on highways, subdivisions, commercial sites, and during milling/paving operations
- Supporting contractors by maintaining clean, safe, and efficient job sites
- Working alongside municipalities, HOAs, and builders to keep roads clean and compliant
- Delivering excellent service that upholds CSI’s reputation for quality, responsiveness, and dependability
