Act as a collaborative and reliable team member, consistently contributing to project excellence.
Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, and internal teams to resolve construction and design issues.
Maintain and update project drawings from initial review through final as-builts.
Assist with permit applications and communication with municipal agencies.
Capture and organize project photos for documentation.
Perform quantity take-offs and assist in preparing cost estimates.
Draft and track RFIs, submittals, and related documentation, including schedule impacts and cost changes.
Create and manage submittal schedules, and review shop drawings and product data for compliance.
Maintain organized and up-to-date project logs (punch lists, RFIs, submittals, change events).
Support and attend project meetings, prepare detailed meeting minutes, and track action items.
Assist with project scheduling, monthly billings, and the bidding process.
Collect and verify close-out documentation and as-built drawings.
Follow standardized file naming and documentation procedures.
Proactively inform team members and subcontractors of any schedule changes.
Maintain a growth mindset and a willingness to learn and support the team.
Authorization to work in the U.S.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Structural Engineering (or equivalent).
3–5 years of construction industry experience.
Strong understanding of construction documents, drawings, and specifications.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with software including Bluebeam, Procore, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and ability to visit project sites.
Self-starter with a collaborative, adaptable approach.
