The Alimentari At Left Bank is a whole animal butcher shop and Italian market located inside the Transfer Company Food Hall in Downtown Raleigh. The business is a collaboration between Mothers & Sons Trattoria, an Italian restaurant located in Durham, NC and Left Bank Butchery, located in Saxapahaw, NC. We focus on hand-made pastas, whole animal butchery, house-made charcuterie, fresh sausages, sauces, sandwiches, tigelle and charcuterie boards.. in addition to tons of other amazing products!
Left Bank Butchery is a very unique butcher shop that works with only 2 farms, Cane Creek Farm & Braeburn Farm, located within 10 minutes of the main butchery. Our beef is grass-fed and grass finished and our pork is pasture raised.
FOOD SERVICE EXPERIENCE is preferred but not required. The job will include a little bit of everything ~ customer engagement, food prep and butchery. Must be reliable, dependable, willing to learn and personable. We are a tight group who highly enjoy our work and want to be with others who appreciate high quality food and cultivating a relationship with their community.
Sandwiches will be the focal point of your day to day. Both assiting guests and help executing sandwiches in a fast paced environment.
