Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with customers, managers, and dealership staff
- Manage and maximize finance department profitability and product penetration
- Present transparent financing and protection product options to customers
- Ensure all paperwork and deal flow are accurate and processed efficiently
- Support the sales team in achieving performance goals
- Deliver a high level of professionalism, ethics, and customer service throughout the buying experience
Qualifications
- 4+ years of automotive finance management experience required
- Proven track record in customer satisfaction and CSI performance
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
- Excellent communication and follow-through abilities
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
- Self-motivated, positive, and team-oriented mindset
